hello can u tell me are u allowed to have an account with more than one rival casino?

i am being told by live chat at Cash o lot casino that since i have accounts at their sister sites thay are not going to pay what i won hers the chat

Please note that Cash O' Lot casino and its sister sites are blacklisted. They shut their affiliate program and there is no message on their website, We advise you to stay away from these casinos. You can find more info on our review page HERE. 

He was trying to tell you that you are allowed to have only one account at each of the casinos and you have multiple accounts at the casinos he listed in the transcript. Have you tried to contact their support on the email he provided you with?
