rollers.io scam

On January 22.01.2023, I contacted the rollers.io casino chat. I asked about the availability of withdrawing money using cryptocurrency. To which I was informed of technical problems and that they would be fixed soon. The next day I contacted again and was informed that the technical problems were still not fixed. I asked the operator to make a request to the managers with the question "Why didn't you send letters to the players about the problem with the withdrawal? Why do you continue to accept deposits using cryptocurrency? After 5 minutes. The operator asks me to check the mail. I open the letter and see that this is an automatic letter about disconnecting my account from bonuses. I ask the operator this is the answer from the manager, to which I receive a response, yes. I conclude that this is a scam. Also, the casino continues to collect deposits. The operator in the chat is completely inadequate. I ask you to influence the casino and call for response operator Claudia.

We are awfully sorry that the player has faced such situation with our casino. 
I'm glad to say that problems with crypto transactions were resolved already. 
The decision of disconnecting player's account from bonuses was a sole casino administration decision. The player can still make deposits, play and withdraw the funds.
As soon as we see that the bonus ratio lowers account will be able to get our bonuses and promotions.

Do you think that the casino manager disconnected me from bonuses in response to my appeal, is this normal? They accepted deposits and didn't notify players of a withdrawal issue. Are you saying this is not a scam? Because of this attitude to problems, gambling is in such a mess right now. Casino mistakes are nothing, when players are blocked this is a single case.

Unfortunately, every casino has its own policy and they have the right to exclude the player's account from receiving bonuses if they notice that bonus ratio is high. Unfortunately, we cannot interfere. As we understood you can normally play and withdraw your funds but without claiming bonuses.
