Not a peep...I'm deeply disappointed in the performance of royal planet and their business practices. They should be ashamed of themselves and be shut down and black balled from ever operating again. With a casino you come to some belief that they're trust worthy and with all the competition would uphold the primary fundamentals of operating a casino. It's not hard to do the right thing and make sure your customers are taken care of.

Not very much insight here but they are at least aware of your complaint and have plans to pay you out. We will keep you posted once we hear that you've been paid out in full..likewise, you keep us posted too if you get the money anytime soon.
