  • I have had a pending withdrawal with this Casino, Royal Planet, since Jan or Feb of this year! 

    I know for a fact that back in those times, I sent my verification docs too.  Which they are very picky about and you'll be sending and redoing a couple times.  Anyway, this never lead to my payout because 2 weeks ago when I finally remembered this casino I didn't think my $100 would still be there at all.  But there it was, still pending.I again have to send them documents with such sensitive information that it's the first time a casino has made me nervous about what they might be doing with our complete information.So they have no problem reminding me plenty that they want a $25 deposit so really I guess I wont $75.  But history is repeating itself and I haven't heard a word from the security and documents dept. since they received my files AGAIN.   I get lied to by chat support and get told they were planning on writing me in the next few mins. Or early morning....Ghosted.So when I received the happy email come have free spins and a good time at Royal Planet,,  I wrote them a piece of my mind back.   This has become beyond clear they do not want to pay out anything quickly and even if I finally get verified AGAIN it will still take 28-31 days to process my  BTC withdrawal.  They're hoping most people will give in and reverse the request and then lose any pending payment.  I will not budge and I am sick of the run around and silence.

    We received a response from Casino Rep! They have acknowledged your complaint and said the following:

    "This player has a playable balance of $104.25.

    I will check the details and update on this soon.

    NOTE: There is no pending banking and I will get the update on the issue mentioned in the complaint."

    while Royal Planet Casino further investigates. We thought it would be nice to give you assurance that we have established contact. Let's hope for a positive outcome in the end. Keep you posted.

  • I don't know what to say about the pace at which this casino operates. 

  • It's no secret but I don't trust them if not after all this not since this has been going on since January not since they seem to be like lose people's documents and God only knows what they're doing with them so I really don't see myself giving them $25 I don't see why I should after what they have been pulling I mean I opened this case nearly a week ago and this is my update it's telling me the amount that I already know?

    ROYAL  PLANET should be avoided.  We don't know what they're doing with our sensitive  document  I b fotmation
