CLOSED: RX Casino - Account Issue

Hello LCB Complaints Team,I am opening this official complaint against RX Casino regarding my unpaid balance of €12,500, which has been pending for over 2 months. The casino has blocked my account and confiscated my legitimate winnings under the false accusation that I used a VPN service.I categorically deny using any VPN or proxy. I am a resident of Finland and used a standard consumer mobile broadband subscription from my local provider, DNA Finland.Technical Facts of the Dispute:CGNAT Infrastructure: My ISP (DNA Finland) utilizes Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT) technology. This means thousands of standard mobile users legally share the same public IP pool. Automated casino databases frequently trigger "false positives" (Proxy: True), misinterpreting this standard telecommunications routing as a VPN.Dynamic IPs: My mobile device changing IP addresses 5 times over a month is completely normal and expected behavior for mobile tower handovers in Finland. It is not evidence of a VPN.ISP Hostname: My sessions carry the official hostname bb.dnainternet.fi, proving the connection originated directly from a legitimate Finnish consumer ISP, not an offshore data center.Independent IP audits and packet tracing confirm: VPN: False, Proxy: False, TOR: False.EU Payment Agent and Further Escalation:I have already filed an official regulatory complaint with the Anjouan Gaming Board (License ALSI-202409036-F12). Furthermore, I have submitted a time-sensitive settlement offer of €10,000 inside an open dispute on another website, which the casino management has ignored.If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will initiate a formal corporate fraud and illegal asset seizure report with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and the Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies against RX Casino's official EU payment agent, FANCYTECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED (Registration Number: HE 473536).I am requesting LCB’s professional mediation to contact the casino representatives, expose this technical misinterpretation, and help me recover my rightful winnings.
