  • I'm being accused of using a vpn and I have never used a vpn. My account has been unfairly restricted AFTER I was coerced into making a purchase just to be able to redeem my rewards. Now im being told oh we don't do refunds. Keep in mind I have cashed out at Zula Casino just last night with absolutely no issues and no purchase requirements. Now im being told my identity can't be verified because I'm supposedly using a vpn. Out of at least 15 casinos that ivd cashed out at, I've never been accused of using a vpn. This casino is a total scam. I was told my identity was verified until I made a purchase then suddenly its not verified now. Such bs.

  • The casino suspended my account and falsely accused me of suspicious activity. Is there a gaming commission I can report this to? They're a complete scam.

    Please note that these systems are automated and often overly sensitive, especially for users on mobile networks or dynamic IP addresses. However, from the casino’s side, it appears they are following internal security protocols outlined in their Terms.

    It is also clear that there was some confusion around your verification status: at one point support confirms your account is verified, but later redemption remains restricted.

    Also, although the casino stated that according to their Terms they do not provide refunds, Heather Friday has just informed us via private message that she has, in fact, received a refund.

    We have not received any response from the casino regarding your case so far. We will now send them a reminder to request clarification and find out what exactly happened with your account.

Due to the lack of clear clarification combined with system-triggered flags, they followed their internal policies to protect the integrity of both the player’s funds and their platform.

    Additionally, your deposit has been refunded, as you yourself informed us.

    Given this and the fact that the casino acted according to their Terms, there is unfortunately nothing further that can be done regarding this case. We would have to close this case and mark it as resolved.
