I have an unresolved complaint with SkyCrown
I've already tried to solve this problem with casino directly, but it seems i'm just being ignored and getting standart email replies, so i thought it would be right to bring this up to you.

Disputed amount: 4500 EUR
I've made some deposits around 400 EUR using Visa card and then have won disputed amount of money after playing.
I've verified my ID, permanent address and payment method, and then requested money withdrawal to same credit card .
Before playing here i've checked both:
- Casino ToS page
- AG page
On both pages it's clearly stated that withdrawals by credit card are available,
After this i got my payment requests rejected, i've tried to solve with casino support, but first they've replied to me, that cards withdrawals are not available (though they've taken deposits), and there's no estimate on where it going to be available.
- First casino support offered payment methods, that are not available in my country (Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity)
- Then my questions about card withdrawals are started to get ignored or had some standart reply.
I would agree on any method that i could use (card payment, crypto, bank transfer), but all of this is being rejected.
Please help me to solve this situation, my money are basically got stuck after i've send them to casino.
