  • I got a link to sign up with the free spins promotion. I have never been to this site before January 17, 2026. I liked the site and I did win enough to cash out with promo pending account verification and deposit. I submitted the required proof of identity and asked customer service representative if they needed anything else from me. I was told no and once verified I was told to send a deposit. However it was a problem getting anything done with them. I read everything that was written on the website. I sent tons of repetitive photos of myself, license and address etc Still not resolved. However I was sent an email telling me I was ineligible for the signing up bonus because I have another IP ADDRESS that I used to set up the account. I don’t understand how I could have known that you were only allowed to use one type of device and service provider. Yes, have copied chat logs and the multiple emails that I have gotten no response from other than to consult the rules. Going backwards. I got an email telling me I have Cashback on my account. I never received any response and I went back to the website and talked to a representative January 31, 2026.! I made a deposit because it was all set and then I received a message saying I violated the terms and I was not allowed to play. I want someone to explain or reach out and tell me how to get BTC back because I would have made anymore attempts to give them a chance. I hope someone can explain this. I absolutely know better than to make multiple accounts and would not waste time chasing people down for nothing. I hope someone has integrity about this. I have not found them. Jocelyn Roman
