  • I have completed at least 6 withdrawals from Slotgard. i last submitted one on 4/22 which was supposed to be processed in 48 hours using Bitcoin as the pay method. I have contacted the casino many times and they just keep telling me the same thing. That it will go out in the next batch of payments. I was told that on Tuesday of last week and on Friday and today is Monday and it is still in process. I would like to know if they plan on processing my withdrawal?

  • I am still waiting on my withdrawal which was done on 4/22. I keep hearing the same excuse " it will be processed in the next batch of payments but they never send it. Yesterday they told me within 12 hours and today they told me by end of the day today and both have come and went and still nothing. I played with no bonus or promo and won the funds straight. I have done 6 withdrawals with them and they do take about 4 days to a week to pay but never this long. I was really hoping they would sent it to me or at least. if they cant send the $267.00 then pay me back the deposit. Its really a shame because I like playing here and as much money as I spend with them, they dont return the favor. They have no problem taking a deposit from players but wont process a withdrawal.

  • They havent sent it even though it says completed on their end. They are now saying that Bitcoin withdrawals take 1 to 3 business days, which is BS.

  • I still havent received the funds this morning and had I reached out again, now they are saying something about an error they are having sending the Bitcoin to me, which is BS. This casino has went from a reputable one to one I dont trust and wont deposit ever again. They shouldnt be allowed to take other peoples deposits without paying out withdrawals.

  • They do not want to send it because of the high Bitcoin fees from what Im gathering. I asked them just to send it to my bank account by direct deposit. I have given them options for them sending me my funds. I want to make surer this doesnt happen to any other depositors that want to deposit funds here. Is there someone or some type of committee I can report this casino to. They are owned by Golden Ridge Solutions and licensed in Curacao. Is there a Licensing and Gambling board that I can report them to?
