Had a very hard time and not so pleasant experience at slotsgarden.com!
My first withdrawal was on April 4, 2019, amount $110 to my neteller account.
They asked for verification which is a lot (id, bill, verification form, verify by webcam) I had emailed those documents many times because it seemed that they don't check what I send them, these went on for a about a month.
I had to email different emails addresses because that is what they told me.
You have to email this and that.
I emailed and chat many many times back and forth.

Finally they told me I passed all verification on May 20, 2019.
And told me "That cashout was approved on 5/30/2019
After a withdrawal is approved, we send the funds within the following 7-10 business days. Once the funds have been sent, the delivery time may vary according to our payment service providers' limitations."
I emailed them after 10 business days but I did not get any reply.
I also did live chat but only told me that I "Should be updated any time into your casino account."
Today is June 19, 2019 and I still have not received any payment from them.
I do not want to give up because I have exhausted all my time and effort for this payment.
This is the only online casino that gave me a hard time ever since I started playing online casinos.
I just hope that they send the payment so I can move on and forget this experience.
