    Hello I received email from you all stating I was approved for my credits and that slots lv rep told you all that they were having bonus difficulties on their site. I reached out to slots lv rep and they stated they did not affiliate with lcb.org and they are no difficulties on their end. I told them I will reach out to you to let you know what they said so you can reach back out to them to receive my credits. I provided all he screenshots as well. Thanks .

    This obviously is not true. You yourself received the bonus many times.

    I tried talking to their support about this, but it was pointless. 

    Anyway, to tell players these things is  clearly not true since we have many requests daily that are successfully processed. 

    I've probably already said this, but I will repeat it again - Shop requests are not sent out to the casino support, but to their casino representative. They did definitively have  technical issues and were not able to credit your account.  If their casino rep. could, she would have credited your account. 

    I will check with their casino representative next week.
