  • I'm a depositing player and have been for over a year with Slots Plus, my main complaints with them is their $150 withdrawal minimum, and their extremely long payout process, that said I have won money there in the past. However I took part in a tournament, I found the password to participate in that tournament here on lcb and I placed first place. I had $100 deposited into my balance and that showed it was eligible to withdrawal. After several days playing that balance up and down, sometimes I got as low as $5 or less.. miraculously I was able to build it up to $180 and I requested to withdrawal that. My request was Acknowledged, several days later however I received no explanation further than "your withdrawal request is declined." Didn't say why, didn't offer up any explanation, just no we're not going to pay you. 
    I logged into my account and was beyond shocked to see that they had put $100 back in my balance and that's all my balance was $80 of the withdrawal request that I had put in was just missing with zero explanation so I wrote into Slotsplus asking for further explanation and the response that I received was basically saying that any tournament winnings that are accrued are only eligible for $10 of that to go towards a pay out. I asked why my balance was shown that it was eligible for a payout from the time I received the prize for placing first, and there was no response to that nor was there ever any answer explanation to that.  I asked where the $80 that they took went why did they take it and I never got any explanation for that either. The only thing that I was told was that I would have to deposit 50 more dollars into my account balance and play that account balance five times over in order to be able to request any withdrawal on those funds . I've written several times since then asking for further clarification as I don't understand how that's possible considering the fact that I played my balance down and up and down and up and down and up and down so many times already, Again I've been completely ignored and there's been no resolution to this.

    I feel that this is not fair gaming, I feel that this needs to be addressed and I feel that lcb should be embarrassed to be representing this casino as a legit casino, and encouraging members of the forum to participate in tournaments with this casino, and play this casino, when they refused to acknowledge a tournament winners questions, refused to pay out, and have actually taken money off of the top of my balance for no reason and with no explanation, and just acted like I'm not even writing to them despite my many attempts to get some clarity here.
    I want to warn everybody on here to never participate in any tournaments with Slots plus and I want to warn everybody on here to not even bother wasting your time or money with them because they will take your money and they won't pay you out and they will not provide you any customer service !

  • I was thrilled to see this message, unfortunately it doesn't appear to be true. I just checked on Slots Plus and my balance is still just $100 they didn't add $50 so I was able to withdrawal-

    So that isn't the case. When I logged into my account on Slots Plus after receiving this message they hadn't added anything to my balance. It's still $100.17 despite what the rep said they were going to do. In fact I reached out to support and was confronted again by Ivan who is so unprofessional, he once again totally disregarded what I was saying, sent me the same generic pre typed message that I have been getting this whole time via email, and when I asked him to look into this by speaking to someone above him he concluded the chat and I was suddenly logged out! Ivan did acknowledge that $50 was supposed to be added to my balance but that was all, when I pointed out it hadn't been added is when he ended the conversation.

  • Slots Plus didn't put an additional $50 in my balance and their support in the withdrawal department is this same awfully rude and unprofessional person named Ivan who will not do anything except push send on this pre written response he's got that has nothing to do with my messages.

  • Even though I've been a depositing player at Slots plus for over a year it doesn't really concerned them in terms of any kind of customer service or fair gaming for that matter. I recently participated in a tournament and placed first place in the tournament was awarded $100 to my balance and after playing that balance over 10 times through I was left with $180 balance which showed available for withdraw.

    I submitted my withdrawal request and it was declined three days later with zero explanation. Upon logging into my account at Slots plus I was stunned to see that my balance was not returned at $180 but instead they gave me back $100 and just took $80 right off of the top for no reason. They are claiming i'll need to deposit $50 myself and then play my entire balance another five times through but that goes against their own terms and conditions as I stated in the beginning I had more than gone through the 10 times Playthrough required to withdraw in the first place mind you their withdrawal minimum is $150 so they are literally trying to get out of paying me what they owe me and all I did was participate in their lousy tournaments and place first. They've also misrepresented a resolution on this forum their own representative spoke to LCDs representative Sydney and told Cindy that they had deposited the $50 I needed to be able to initiate the withdrawal and that I needed to contact them with my bitcoin address so that they could do so however that was a lie then did not deposit that $50 into my balance And there is no resolution to this as it is still ongoing so they have no problem misrepresenting the facts I have no problem lying and saying that they're going to fix something on a public forum to the representatives here and then they don't and by the way if you ever with drawl from their expect to deal with a character named Ivan who is the most obnoxious condescending unprofessional person that you will ever speak to that will make you wish you had never deposited a dime with them

  • So I wanted to provide an update. I received an email from slots plus financial support asking for my BTC address so that they can process my withdrawal, which I provided them with. I'm confused however because my balance is still only showing up as $100.17 so I asked them to clarify how much they are going to be sending to my BTC account considering the original withdrawal request was $180 and the min withdrawal is $150 so I guess we'll have to wait and see but this issue is going to be ongoing if they try to only send me $100.17 of BTC

  • Alright well they appear to be doing the withdrawal for $150.17 which is an acceptable resolution, one I most certainly would not have gotten without lcb involvement. I'll update once that has closed out without further incident.

    SLOTS PLUS HAS SENT ME AN EMAIL ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 15,2022 JUST BEFORE 1:30 PM EST STATING THAT MY PAYOUT FOR $150.17 HAS BEEN FULLY PROCESSED AND "THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED BUSINESS."

    Here's the thing though, it's not showing up on the Blockchain. It's not showing up as even a pending incoming transaction and of course Ivan the terrible is refusing to provide me with the transaction hash so I can see that there is indeed any BTC transaction in real time doing anything at all!
