  • I made a request for a 2500 dollar withdrawal and sent the verification documents on March 18th.   I have been verified at several other casinos with these same documents.   Today I received an email saying that the documents had been cropped and I needed to resend them....  I feel they are just delaying as much as possible...

    We're still waiting for Front ID and proof of address. Unfortunately they were rejected because they were cropped. Please try to ensure your documents  don't have cropped edges, are good quality, and don't have overlapping photos or other data

  • I resent the documents that you asked for last Saturday.  I sent a photo of my driver's license and a water bill plus another image of my bank statement for another form of proof of address....
