UNRESOLVED: Spassino casino

well i wait and wait a suggestion. no sugestion camen in hours and i want it to play.. i went to spassino... looks nice etc. then i went to live  lighting roulette i bet on a number... and bet was rejected... was number 24 and was a multiplier 50x i bet 1 usd.went to chat talk about the issue.they call me lyer that i dint have money to bet when i deposited there... awfull treat i save all chat and im gonna post it here.they call me lyer they said i have record video when i play... and i said why? the got not evidence said me neither ask them check history bet... they got nothing they dont believe me but dont got records im not a youtuber like i said to the casino.why im gonna record video while im betting?chat operator said  most players does.... wtf? i know ithey think ok he is from argentina a poor guy... im very ungry when i said to supervisor i was gonna make a post here of what happened he said. we can do it too.... bad experience...

The Spassino Casino is unresponsive thus far, it suppose that they don't want to cooperate with us, so our hands are tied regarding this case, unfortunately.

We will mark this case as UNRESOLVED. Once we get some update we will re-open this complaint.

I just want to add a word about Spassino. I never had problems talking about withdrawals there. I was playing very often and made many small withdrawals and once a withdrawal of 1400 euros. All small were paid in 20 minutes, big one after 2 hours.

However one day happened mysterious thing. I got email from them that my withdrawal was rejected. Funny thing that I dindt order any withdrawal. I had 5 euros on account. Somebody logged in and played with my 5 euros and won 20 (minimum withdrawal amount) and tried to cash out using crypto currency which I never used. First time in my life happened that somebody broke my casino account. When I contacted support to speak about my situation agent was rude with me, didnt show any interest and was blaming me even I didnt complain about the situation. I just was thinking that they will take is serious. I asked to check from which country my account was used and agent didnt reply to that question. So I transfered these 20 euros to my skrill account and was happy that somebody earned me some extra cash however from this time I stopped to play there.
