    Good morning. i would like to inform and request help for my withdrawal in this casino... i have been in contact with them since last week, and they make me a sucker. they always say that the next day i will receive it and they don't pay me!

    Casino Rep got back to us and this is what he said: 

    “Hi Lombomb,

     

    We have reviewed your account and noted that it was under review over the past few days as is standard procedure when there is a withdrawal in progress.

     

    Your documentation was submitted to us on 23 November 2022. Our risk department received it on 24 November 2022, and it was approved shortly thereafter. It then moved to the processing team and the standard turnaround time for processing of a payment is between 2 – 5 business days as stated in our terms and conditions.

     

    Your payment was allocated to you today, being the 5th day of the process. We do apologise that this process took a bit longer than that what you have liked, however, being a first-time withdrawal, the process generally does take a little longer.

     

    With that being said, now that we have all your documents on file and you’ve made your first withdrawal, you can expect any future withdrawals to be processed in a far more timely manner, provided you use the same deposit method as you did this time around.

     

    Once again, we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope that you give us another chance to exceed your expectations.
