I put in my redemption on this date they said they were having delays cause of their new payout provider they were implementing. But they said payouts would be instant before they ever changed over . Now I can’t get paid last time anybody got back to me was on the 15th of December. I have my pending withdraw plus also 1,700 usd in my casino account that I need to withdraw as well but have to wait for the first one to go through. Can you guys help me out and if possible what could be my next steps on getting a hold of the company they are registered with to submit a complaint to them.
