    These are scammers... I've been waiting since December 23, 2025, for a payout of over €2000. KYC is not completed, and therefore no payout.Money paid out The support team isn't responding at all, and the live chat button on the bottom right is simply gone.(That was the only chat where I initially managed to reach someone. The subsidiary is BlazeSpins, which is also not a credible casino.)DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY LIKE I DID...IT'S 100% GONE and so is your data.🙏🏻

    This is the response we received from the casino representative regarding your complaint:

    The KYC verification took longer than expected due to missing documents and a high number of new players following the brand launch. While the bonus was still active, the rules were violated by mixing promotional actions, which is not allowed under the casino’s T&Cs. As a result, the bonus-related winnings were removed.

    As an exception, the casino refunded the original deposit to the balance and confirmed that once the balance becomes eligible, they are also willing to offer a free chip.

    We’re sorry that you had this experience, but you need to be careful with how you use promotions. You cannot take a new promotion while an existing one is still active. Otherwise, it may result in the confiscation of the entire winning.

    Please confirm that your deposit has been refunded.
