    I'm going through the same thing. I won and requested a withdrawal on the 7th. They emailed me saying it would be 5 days. Then in chat told me 7 to 10 business days. It's been a week and they stopped replying. My withdrawal was in Bitcoin but still nothing.  They even updated my account to where now nothing shows. Smh.
