  • I've been having a withdrawal problem with a casino I've played. Jan 15th I requested for a payout of my winnings, I followed all the rules and met the playthrough, as of the 29th the withdrawal was approved, now I can't get any defined answers on when this will be processed.  5 weeks and still waiting. I need some help

    This guy use to call me 2 to 3 times a week. Now I don't hear from him.  I enjoy playing this casino but with this kind of problem with the withdrawal delays I definitely don't want to play this casino. 

    Sunrise slots makes all casino's look bad. Even at what they call normal withdrawal times are unrealistic it's set at 7 to 10 days for approval,  7 to 10 days for payment to be processed,  7 to 10 days for my bank to get the funds. And Bitcoin even longer. 

    I don't know about others that gamble like I do but I need a fast payout of winnings to keep playing..

  • Be patient Ive waited as long as 3 months to get paid. I sent in all documentation such as my id and utility bill and everything. eventually they paid but it was not easy Good luck! hope they pay you!

  • yes be patient i am a member at its sister casino posh. and also a member there. the withdrawal process is slow takes usually three months to get paid out. as far as im aware they dont issue withdrawals through crypto only deposits. withdrawals can be bankwire or check. usually the check is most successful but takes awhile. 2 months before delivered to door then based on your bank and the relationship you have with them it could take another 2 to 4 weeks to get it in your account. when i first started getting my payouts i had to pay a fee to send the check for collection and wait three weeks to get the funds once they verified it was a real check. after a year of this process my bank stopped making me send them off for collections saving me that fee and instanly allowing me access to the funds. that first payout can be frustrating because you wait for two months and no one can tell you anything other than you were approved and payments has been processed. i can vouch from personal experience as long as you operatedwithin the terms they had set they will pay. the personal account manager they assign you is one of the thinks i love about these exclusive casinos my first one was very hands on chatty and would write and call everyday. once she was transferred my new one didnt have that same hands on personal thing to her. but would always respond and still send promotion and specials daily. sorry so long hope this helps calm your worries. with this casino you can trust you will get your money and you can deposit freelywith them without worry. just have to be patient they are the slowest of all the online casinos ive dealt with.

  • You have that absolutely right they are the slowest, It just doesn't make logical sense to be so slow on payouts. I'm sure they loose a lot of business because of this. My host Frank, I like the guy and the casino. I've been there for over a year or close to that. This is the first time I've ever won. I played there alot because Frank would call me every week if not twice with a promo. Rest assured though I'm not interested in playing at a casino that takes 3 months to pay. ( Definitely Takes All The Fun Out Of Winning ). I appreciate you feed back.

  • Hi Melissa, I apologize I've been busy but to answer your question it would be no. I spoke with my casino host Frank Anderson last week he said that it would be in the final stage ready to send the wire. But it takes up to another ten days, so now it's been sence January 15th when I requested the payout. I still don't understand how it can possibly take this long. Unless this casino is not following laws or what ever protocol needed. Like I said before I play at several casino's and never had to wait like this. Kinda across the board as far as time frames for payouts. Sunrise is a league of there own. Thanks again I will keep you entertained with results.

  • Hi Melissa, I've asked several times and never get the same answer, they say the normal payout time frame is 30 days. Even this is unacceptable. Its puzzles me because the casino has all good games, staff when you need them and great bonuses. So I don't know what the problem is. It take the excitement and thrill out of winning when you have to wait this long. On top of that my winnings was 2500. The payout is now only 2200 after the fees. Maybe more once its complete.   • Sunrise slots and Posh are sister sites. I recently submitted a complaint about Posh that is very similar. 

    I just spoke to their CS who advised me that it would be another 4 weeks. Please understand that my withdrawal was approved in Jan 5th. 

    Sunrise slots shares their Customer Service team with Posh so I'm sure what applies to one also applies to the other.

    These 2 casinos give online gaming a bad name. 

    I'm starting to think that they are folding and attempting to do a cash grab before going under.

    I wanted to start out by expressing the gratitude i have for everyone's feedback and support on my post, Thank you everyone, 

    Sunrise Slots Casino has finally after almost 3 long months of ridiculous delays my bank received 2200.00 USDA, the original payout was max out at 2500.00 USDA, My bank fee was 25.00 Sunrise fee 275.00 i guess that's fair. The Thrill of hitting a descent amount was over long before, I'm not doing this as a hobby i play to win, so keeping the money flow is important to me, Correct me if I'm wrong but online casinos ( slots ) are different it takes skill to win along with luck, but doing your homework and paying close attention on how the games are played and know when to raise you betting is a challenge but defiantly pays, i find knowing the casino is equally important to knowing your game. i wish everyone the best of luck and hope one day i will have my own casino..

    3 months is a very long period for the cashout. It should be faster when we have lots of instant payment methods. This is not a good business practice therefore we'll leave this topic unresolved.

  • I have now tried to withdrawal from Sunrise Slots for the second time and am having a problem getting paid AGAIN!

    The first withdrawal, after 2 months of being told it was approved but a 3rd party processor is the one that does the wiring and they are 5-6 weeks behind, I was told my batch of withdrawals was lost and they were trying to resolve the issue with the processors. It took them 6 MONTHS to pay me!

    Now, I'm in the process of my second withdrawal. Now, I only played on their website again because I was told what happened with my first withdrawal was a freak thing and has since been resolved. NOT TRUE. I'm now going on 3 months waiting for this withdrawal. They keep telling me that it's been approved and it's in the final stage which is being paid out by the 3rd party processors and because it's a 3rd party, they cannot give me any idea of when it will actually be paid out to me. After month one they said, once again, the processors are 5-6 weeks behind. Well my request has passed their 7-10 days for withdrawals (which they claim is their payout time frame on their site) and it's passed the extra 5-6 weeks that the processors are supposedly behind and now I just get told that they cannot give me a time frame because it's a 3rd party. I asked if they are in contact with this 3rd party and they said yes but they are just behind and trying to get all the withdrawals paid.

    So, my first withdrawal experience was NOT a freak thing. I don't even believe that my batch was ever lost. This ridiculously LONG waiting period to get paid is happening a second time and it's my second withdrawal!

    Their website lies about their payout time frame. If u play on their site and request a withdrawal, expect to be paid in 6 months. No other online casino takes this long or even close to this long, so I don't know what Sunrise Slots problem is nor why they haven't figured that out either. I am just livid about this happening again. I can say that they do payout though, they are legit, but it'll take half the year to ever see your money you won. I personally won't be playing here again.

  • Still nothing except a phone call from my host saying that they have now submitted my request to the processors so it should be soon he says. But they told me it was already submitted to the processors back in June! I have emailed them numerous times but they won't respond to me. I don't think they are going to pay me this time. I'm really worried they won't. I'll let you all know if anything changes.

  • They finally paid me today!! Been waiting since June 12th! Thank you for your help and support. I won't be playing on Sunrise Slots ever again. They are legit and they do pay but they take 3-6 months to actually pay. That's ridiculous. Not to mention the stress of not responding to me, making me think they weren't going to come through. It was too much the first time to deal with and I can't believe I tried them a second time, but I can assure you there will NOT be a third time!

    DO NOT PLAY ON SUNRISE SLOTS!!!

  • I have been having the same issue. I submitted my withdrawal on May 14th and it wasn't approved until May 31st. After that it gets sent supposedly to some third party payout thing and they are supposed to deposit the money which they haven't and it's now June 25th. Whenever I talk to anybody at customer service or in the payout department instead of trying to help me they just decide to argue with me and claim that because the money has been sent out it's not their problem anymore and they don't need to deal with it and the other hang up the phone or hang up the chat. As for customer service they don't have any it's pretty much argue with me as much as possible rather than try and take care of a customer who's upset about something and solving issue. They also refused to pick up a phone and phone this third party if they're even real and see about my payment whether they received it if there was an error whether it's been sent if it was missed etc. This casino is an absolute joke and ask for anyone wanted to go play there don't cuz it's a gong Show luckily this was a no deposit bonus which I played and beat the requirements and now they're refusing to pay me pretty much which sounds like the guy above me. If this was my own money and I had one and was trying to re cash out some of my money and some winnings I would snap and probably find that dumbass casino and burn it to The ground LOL

  • Definitely don't ever play on Sunrise slots or any of the inclave Casino sites as they are just a joke and rather than help you the customer service just decides to try and fight with you which I would like to see them try in person LOL. As for Sunrise I've been waiting for my payout for over a month and a half and I still haven't received it and when I asked them about it they just argue with me and claim that it's not their problem anymore because it's in the third party's hands which is complete b******* and I don't know if I'm allowed to swear but I did. So anytime I ask they just have excuses standardized answers and disclaim that they've washed their hands of it because it's gone rather than really technically I was their customer it should be there responsibility to follow that payment all the way through till it gets deposited in the customer's account and not just say well it's not my problem anymore because it's gone from our hands to the third party which is a load of crap.
