    New player at this casino .. I log in thru enclave .. I believe I was offered free spins. I played through the amount required. And was cashing out at 167.00 . I had to contact Custer service a couple times cause it wouldn’t take my verification. Then I needed to deposit$10 thru litecoin to verify my account .. after all that i got locked out of my account , did not get my payment and received an email that my account was closed because according to them their brand does not fit my needs .. so they just stole that money from me?

    Greetings all,

    I had a look and the win in question was on the 2nd consecutive free chip without a cash deposit/play session, the terms and conditions of the casino and the free chips themselves only allow one chip between cash deposits thus the requested withdrawal was denied. The account was closed by our security team for entirely different reasons. If you can give me a valid Bitcoin address Trish4223, I will see if I can get your account confirmation deposit refunded.
