  • I have had a withdrawal pending since July 24. I called yesterday and spoke with somebody and they were going to escalate it. Today it is not pending anymore. I have had to wait 3 weeks for them just to approve my withdrawal. Now, there is no telling how long I have to wait until I actually receive it. What can be done? Thanks.

  • They still won't give me a date as to when it will be sent. They say it will be sent in the next batch and that was the beginninng of last week. They said they don't know when the next batch will be sent.

  • No. I don't have it. They claimed to have sent it on August 27. I still haven't seen it. I had been emailing them way before August 27 and asking them point blank about when it was sent. They claimed it had been sent weeks before they gave August 27 as a date. They said it had to travel through several different banks before it reached me. This place is so bogus. I feel sorry for people that have to go through this. I don't even know if they have even sent it. I can't take their word for it. I email them almost every day. Sometimes they answer them, sometimes they don't.
