UNRESOLVED: Sunrise Slots Online Casino problem

I requested my withdrawal of 400 on the 3rd even used the Bitcoin payout method. It's now the 19th and still nothing. I'm on the verge of being evicted because I was and am waiting on a pay out they never sent. I need a lawyer

I am right there with you. (Not on the eviction part, I will say a prayer for you!) I received a $222 NDB from the VIP Host with a max cash out of $500. The email sent even said "NO MATTER WHAT YOUR LAST TRANSACTION WAS..." Some how I managed to meet the play through. I have made a few withdrawals from Sunrise but always used the coindraw method - receiving funds right at the 24 hour mark. Unfortunately they updated their system to force you to withdraw using the BTC method if your previous transaction was from free spin bonus. This was confusing to me but none the less, I followed through, obviously. Mine was approved on the 8th. I got the email that day from the banking department saying now that it was approved it would be another seven to ten buisness days before I seen my funds. Smh. Still nothing. Each CSR claims it has already been "escalated - be patient - wait 24 to 48 hours."

Maybe your withdrawal came. Mine actually got deposited from Sunrise Slots today. It actually surprised me some honestly. I think I had given up all hope on receiving that money.
