    I recently won and withdrew $644.42 on September 25th and they are still giving me the runaround and cant keep their story straight. I've contacted them every single day to stay informed on the transaction and everyday it's a new issue. First I was going to receive my withdrawal in bitcoin which I preferred but then some imaginary problem came about on their end so it's turned into an international wire transfer of which they still can't give me a SWIFT code for. It's been over a month and I have yet to see any movement towards actually sending me my funds. I would be the utmost grateful for any help received.

    Please be advised that we don't have this Casino on our list, and we have tried to get in touch with them so many times but without any response, obviously they don't want to cooperate with complaints.

    Unfortunately, we are forced to close any complaint that is connected with this brand.

  • I had some issue getting a withdrawal from them as well. It DID end up getting paid but it's took almost two months and countless emails and chats in live chat to get anywhere with them. I think my slowest pay out ever but they did eventually pay.
