    I registered in suprabet 2 months ago, on start I sent my documents for verification and got verified, on 19 & 20 I made 2 deposits of 250€ and 500€.

    On 9th march I requested withdrawal of 1590€, suprabets rejected this request

    "Dear player, According to our terms and conditions : "30.10. Before the first payout is ordered, the player must wager 3 times the deposited amount at a bet greater than 1.30. This requirement is explained under anti-fraud and anti-money laundering." Best regards, SB Team"

    Since 20.01.2024 I made turnover of >`5000€~ in their casino & sportsbook.

    They didn't allow me to withdraw my balance even when the turnover requirement with minimal odds was already fulfilled and my total turnover is at least 6.6 times of my deposit amount calculating from sportsbook & casino.

    I messaged them over ticket why this happen if the requirement was already fulfilled, I did not recevie any reply till today.
    Meanwhile I played a little more in their casino and on 13th March I requested withdrawal of 1606€. After waiting whole day to process my withdrawal I got mail that my account got closed due

    "Your account has been flagged for violating our terms and conditions point 11.5

    In accordance with our terms we will close your account"

    I believe that I did not violated any of their rules, I didn't even use bonuses and my activity was normal, and yet they first found a random excuse and blocked the account after fulfilling it just to not pay out the winnings.

    This is pure theft in white day and as more I check their reviews the more scams I see by them. I'm going to make complain in their license operator however they operate under Curacao license and as everyone know it is not the best hypervisor.

    I would like to warn everyone against depositing any funds there SUPRABETS IS PURE SCAM

  • I would like to mention that 5 days ago 13.03 I send mail to their support asking if they could explain why exactly they closed my account but till this day i did not get any reply.

    They stated that they reviewed your account activity, and we regret to inform you that your account has been closed due to repeated violations of their terms and conditions.

    You placed bets with a negative balance of €72, predominantly in the Sportsbook section. These bets were identified as "Arbitrage Betting," which is in violation of Article 11.5 of their Terms and Conditions.

    As this is the casino's final decision, we will close this complaint and mark it Resolved.

  • I don't understand their excuse, first they rejected withdrawal and forced me to make 3x turnover of my deposit with min. odds 1.3 when I already had this turnover done and after all they say "You placed bets with a negative balance of €72" ?
    This can't be serious, how is even possible place bet with negative balance?
    I never did such a thing, I never had negative balance there... even I never wiped my entire balance, I have screenshots with history of all my sports bets in suprabets and it cleary shows that my balance was never negative and placing bet could not happen while having negative balance.
    They accuse me also of arbitrage betting? for real? I was placing bets in their sportsbook and casino just for fun, Sometimes I bet flat stake, sometimes I used maxbet button that was float, I never bet float stake that was inserted by myself, also I never placed any opposite bets in other services as arbitrage means.


    Please explain to me what exactly they mean by "You placed bets with a negative balance of €72" because as I can understand what arbitrage means till this time I can not understand this excuse as it is not possible to place bet with negative balance...

    They scamming people left and right, it is unbelievable, how this fraud can still function.

    While it's generally not possible to place bets with a negative balance, there might be exceptional cases where technical glitches or delays in updating the balance could potentially allow a player to inadvertently place bets despite having a negative balance.

  • Dear Moderator this is unbelivable excuse
    I never had situation where I placed bet using negative balance, at least on my end. I placed only bets with positive balance, only when bets got counted and amount credited, I never abused any glitch. 
    I would like see proof that bet with negative 72€, 
    This is very unfair and sketchy explanation, why they just didn't canceled or refunded the invalid bet with negative balance instantly after their error in system. If such a thing would happen ( which is not ) this should be fair resolution but instead they find this excuse to scam 750€ deposit and 756€ winnings from me. 


    I attach screenshots with my bets history, you can follow stakes, winnings and dates, It never went negative... I marked also bets that counted as valid turnover with min 1.3 odd as it was their first excuse to reject my withdrawal.

    I don't understand why you made this thread resolved. Me as a player have to be penatiled for their glitch in system which never occured on my end, this is really scam... and the funniest part is that 72€ is less than 5% that they stole from me.
