    I signed up and collected my daily wheel spin. I won $105 on Lucky Gems Slot so I requested a redemption. I was told there was more than one account created using my IP address. IP addresses are often recycled by internet providers and I have no control over and no way to know if someone has used an IP address before. It's unfair to disqualify me for that especially when so many people use public wifi for internet service. Now my account is blocked, which is so unfair and wrong. Seems like this casino is just searching for a way to get out of paying people.
