The casino I'm referring to is Sweepslots, they offer a daily login bonus. I received my login bonus and won quite a bit. I played it down to $120 and requested a redemption. Everything in my account has been verified as far as ID, address, phone, bank account. When I requested redemption it went through with no issue, was told redemption process could take between 1-10 days but my redemption was straight to my debit card and these redemption are usually instant after verified and approved. I claimed for redemption on 1/26/2025 I want to say late in the evening. Have contacted them a number of times and they always reply with a blanket answer stating that there are new checks and balances in the process and they are backlogged due to this. But there was no mention of this before requesting redemption.
