  • It has been past th 14 day making they don't give me a ETA and really had very poor customer service considering I have played with them for awhile even involved in their affiliate program with 2 people I recommend that have spent money there

    Any updates on your side?

    We received an answer from the casino rep stating that:

    Previously, the maximum stated was 14 business days, but our updated Terms on the website now reflect the following:

    12.4 When you choose to redeem a Prize as cash, you understand and agree that:
    (a) It may take up to thirty (30) business days for the cash payment to be processed to your payment method (or other financial account nominated by you in accordance with clause 8.3 of these Sweepstakes Rules).
    (b) We may, at our sole discretion, process the prize redemption in more than one lump sum payment over several days until the redemption is completed.

  • Yeah apparently I aint the only one getting done like this 30 days is crazy they get there money before u can play their going to loose alot of business doing things like this. Thanks for the help.

    We completely understand your frustration with the long waiting time, but unfortunately, these are the casino’s terms.

    Since this is only about a longer payment processing time, and it is mentioned in their Terms, we will mark complaint #3448 as RESOLVED.

    Please let us know once you receive your withdrawal.

  • I have been waiting almost 2 months for my redemption it is well past the 30 business days per their terms. I have spent hundreds on their site and even referred to people that have also spent good amounts on there i feel like I am being done wrong. I play on many other sites and have never waited past a week this is very unsettling.

  • These are the responses I have gotten it has been over the 30 business days per their terms and I have not received one email from them giving me any reason for the delay just the same old generic message that someone will email in 24 to 48 hours which never happens. 

  • Since the player contacted us again and informed us that, after the time stated in the Terms, his withdrawal still hasn’t been processed, we will REOPEN this case.
