I am experiencing the same issues with your casino and am beyond frustrated at how many times I can be told 'we have escalated, check again in 24 hours, 48 hours, 3 days' regarding my withdrawal request made on the 28th September.
I honestly feel like I am banging my head against a brick wall and each time I've been told the same thing above and 'rest assured your request is progressing' I feel like I am going to go insane. My request has progressed from nowhere to nowhere.
I'd appreciate if your casino could honour its own Terms and Conditions as it so strictly makes its players follow and process my withdrawal once and for all. I've had terrible experiences every single time and I've had enough.
