  • I deposited $49.48 bitcoin on 02/04/2022 to truefortune.xyz with a 350% no wager bonus.  I won and requested a $1000.00 withdrawal.  They told me it takes between 5-18 days to process.  I was then asked for documents which I have submitted and they have been approved.  It is now March 1st 2022 and I still have not received my withdrawal.

  • I have $500.03 total.  They took away $500.  But in the screenshot I'm attaching you can see next to amount and in parentheses (0-0).  It used to be (100-1000) I think. But definitely not (0-0).  They are blocking me from withdrawing at all. And I have not received any email yet.  This is so frustrating and ridiculous.  I have messaged with a lot with agents throught this process and from the very beginning I have asked what the terms and conditions were and asked what they needed from me.  They have purposely asked for one thing at a time instead of all at once.  And not telling me until a month after I made the initial request that I was only getting half and that they had to decline that request and I would have to start all over with the 5-18 days processing time. On top of all that, I can't even withdraw that $500 because they have blocked it and haven't told me why. This is ridiculous!

  • I was finally able to request a withdraw on 03-12-22 for $500.  On 03-19-22 I emailed them requesting my withdraw. They replied on 03-21-22, I attached a screenshot of that.  And as on right now 03-25-22 I still have not received my money. Their time frame is between 8-18 days so they have until the 30th.
