    Been playing at UK casino club and have attained diamond vip status. About 2 weeks ago I put in a withdrawl request for $2000. It said I would have to wait 2 days for whatever and then 1 to 3 days for my withdrawl. I waited 2 extra days and had not received payment yet. So I went to live chat and asked why. Live chat said they didnt know anything accept that i was now to contact riskmanagement@blahblah.com. So I sent an email to riskmanagement@blahblah.com asking why my withdraw was taking so long. That was 4 days and still i have got no response. What the hell is up with that? Why as soon as you make a withdrawl the only way you can converse with the casino is by email? One of the so called perks of having platinum or diamond vip status is a Personal VIP Host Available to you 24/7 via toll free phone or email. Personalised, friendly service my ***. Its like as soon as you make a withdrawl your on the s***** list. As long as your loosing they are helpful and happy.
