    I hope you're all doing well !

    I register on the casino LEONBET the 30/04/22 and was verified a few minutes later (Send all my documents and everything was okay).

    After that I made a few deposits and withdraws and had any issue, everything was pretty well. The 06/05/22 I made a big win about 15'000.00€. I asked to withdrawn and they asked me additional documents so I send them a few minutes later. I received an e-mail saying that they will get back to me in a few hours after completing the verification.


    The 07/05/22 I received an e-mail saying that the process can take to 3 days and up to 30 days in some cases. Since then, I don't have any news about the status of my verification. I contacted by chat and e-mail and the only answers that I have is I need to wait 30 days without saying if my documents are okay, if they need something more, anything !

    Also, they blocked my withdrawn, delete the historic of my bets, transactions, deposits and withdrawn. I think this is not acceptable, at least give a feedback about all the documents if something is missing or not. An agent on chat try to contact them and the Security department respond only to wait 30 days.

    My balance was 15k and now is on 22k, blocked my bets at 1.00€ per day until my account will be verified and I will be able to withdrawn my funds.
