    To whom it may concern I have been reaching out to OZWIN CASINO regarding my account being verified. I sent my documents in to the email that was provided by OZWIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT on October 17, 2022. I won $360 last week I want to withdraw the winnings I wasn't able i got a message saying i need to verify my account by sending in documents that i sent in back in October i also have proof of that. I sent i my documents again for the fourth time and i'm yet to be able to withdraw my winnings. I don't understand how i can add money to my account to play without the hassle of verification then I win there's a problem. I want the money that i  won, RESPECTFULLY
