  • This is a warning to avoid the affiliated Casinos of RAGING BULL, CLUB PLAYER, COOL CAT & ROYAL ACE. They are operated by unethical people and they are attempting to keep (steal) over $80,000 of my sister's money. They lied to her while she was dying of cancer, encouraging her to deposit more money with them, while guaranteeing timely payouts. Since she passed away they have done NOTHING except lie to her family, promise payment and then go silent. It's been 9 months! I strongly urge you to avoid doing any business with these casinos! There are plenty of other good online casinos, you don't need these people in your financial lives.

    We are contacting Casino Rep at this very moment to provide us with an update as it has been little over a month since the complaint was initially made. 

  • I received a $2500 payment into my bank from the casino, with no correspondence. This was the very first payment I have received from them, so I'm pleased about it.The outstanding balance is $81,000! If they could be relied upon to make these payments weekly, I would be satisfied, even if it took 9 months. I'm very afraid however, that they will just send me a small deposit every couple of months just to appease me and hope that I go away. Thanks so much for your assistance, I'm very grateful.

    Thanks for reaching out and updating us. At least something came out of this whole situation. We received a response from Casino Representative that another payment is on the way soon. Now we are no sure if this will be bi-weekly or monthly but we will have to wait and see...

  • Well it's been a month and naturally they've sent only the one payment. I'm so frustrated. They continue to owe us $81, 000! I would negotiate a smaller lump sum just to get them out of my life. I'm grateful for your assistance but they are not behaving in good faith. Thanks again.

  • The casino strong-armed me into accepting a deep discount. They then failed to perform on the timeline that we mutually agreed to, which voided the agreement. So I guess we're back to square one! They still owe my sister's estate over $30,000. I appreciate your assistance but apparently, these people just can't be trusted to do what they say.

    Casino Rep got back to us and explained us what was happening here. He said that you had an agreement to pay you two installments of $25K by the end of December. The first one came on time and second one as he said was sent on time but arrived two days later due to holidays. Can you please confirm all of these information?

    They said that they did as you agreed so there is a little left he can do regarding this matter.

  • That's reasonably accurate, except that they had two months so the lateness was totally in their control. Even though they kept over $30, 000 of my sister's money and extorted this agreement from me, I told them expressly that I would only be satisfied with this "deal" if it was completed prior to 12/31, which they failed to do. Unless they actually keep one of their many promises to me, I will complain about them online to anyone who cares. They still owe us $30,000 but if

    they had paid us on time they would owe us nothing.

  • No it is NOT resolved. Even though they made a partial payment, they again did not live up to their agreement and they continue to owe us over $31,000!

    It is remarkable that this complaint has remained unresolved for an extended period of time. Could you kindly provide an update on the current status of your complaint? Is the full compensation yet to be received? It may be beneficial for us to escalate the issue and reconnect with Casino Representative to determine the present state of affairs.

  • No the full compensation has not yet been received. They continue to owe us over $31, 000!

    We received a response from the Casino. They claim that they fulfilled their part of the agreement and paid two installments, so the third installment will not be paid to you because they stick to the agreement they had with you, and they say that there is nothing more they can do regarding their side. Unfortunately, their decision is final. 

    We did everything that is in our power to help you, and currently our hands are tied.

    Be careful with this group of Casinos, they are on the warning list on our website for a reason.

    We will mark this case as Resolved.
