    Hello,

    Username in the casino: mar******

    I deposited 250€ in 2021 and didnt use any bonus until i had 6500€ and Made a withdrawal request of 5000€.

    I did send all verification documents and the verification got approved.

    Later i was told to wait for the withdrawal.

    Weeks went by and suddenly without any given reason my account got closed.

    Since then all my Emails and contacts via live chat are being ignored.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
