    The casino rep's informed us that your account was been verified last Friday and there were no pending withdrawals. Could you please confirm so we can close this case? 


  • Since we haven't hear from Thomas and the casino rep confirmed it was sorted, we're going to close this case. 

  • Yeah they actually did sort that  one out eventually. But now they are dragging out a withdrawal mistake going on 2 weeks. I Withdrew 4 x $1000 , and 2 days later only recieved 3 x $1000 . Every excuse made, and everything in terms of evidence submitted and still no fix. Everytime I talk to someone there I gotta review whole story again and am offered a solution or explanation that has nothing to do with what has happened. They tell me i withdrew 3000, and recieved 3000, and yet my wildz transaction screenshots and bank statements say otherwise. It very simply displays that I withdrew 4, $1000 increments..they sent $3000..pretty simple. 

    Exploring 3rd party options now. Beware.
