  • So last week i joined Winoui Casino, Im from the UK. I didnt have any issues joining the site and depositing over £3000 into the site and gambling even though on some sites it is saying that you cant join if your from the UK. They even took a bank statement off me as a proof and verified my account.

    i took a bonus off them of 50% and deposited 200 euros they gave me 100 euros in a bonus.

    As i was playing i won big on Jack and the beanstalk slot machine and immediately went to the chat to ask them how much i needed to wager. they told me 6000 euros.

    At this point i had 13200 euros in my account so i carried on gambling with it to get the bonus down. when i fulfilled the bonus requirement i ended up with around 15000 euros. I was over the moon. I withdrew 14000 euros but then the withdrawals were pending.

    However since then i gambled some of the winnings away and ended up leaving withdrawals pending of around 9600 euros and left a bit in play.

    Im a high roller and have lost a lot on online gambling but this time i got lucky.

    2 of my withdrawals set at 2500 euros that are still pending since thursday last week have not been processed and im starting to get really frustrated. Everytime i get to chat they say it will be tomorrow latest yet still nothing has happened.

    tried to get hold of support today but says offline even though they are supposed to be available 10h to 22h.

    Its really stressing me out as this money is a substantial win and im not hearing anything back whatsoever and its getting close to a week that ive got 6 or 7 withdrawals pending on the account.

    any other casino that restricts uk players just doesnt let you onto the site full stop as ive tried to see and thats what happens.

    They havent asked me for anything and id like some help on the matter. Its getting beyond a joke.

  • If this is true ive had the same problem and my transactions are far more severe and now im getting worried. they have took over £3000 off me and i have withdrawals pending yet nothing is happening in regards to them a little under a week ago.

    in this area it doesnt suggest UK is a country it doesnt accept however further down in the same paragraph it says

    2.13. 1. Absolute Restriction United States of America, United Kingdom, Spain, France and Italy.

    As per Winoui Terms and Conditions UK is restricted country for the casino. Therefore, they shouldn't have accepted your deposits at first place. However, it is also important for you to do your due diligence and not play at casinos where UK is on the list of restricted countries to avoid these issues.

  • WINOUI CASINO took over £3000 out of my bank and refused to pay me over £8000 pounds because i was registered in the UK. They even refused to pay me back my deposits even though they verified my account beforehand knowing i was from the UK.

    I have lots of photo and video evidence that i was still allowed to gamble ad deposit more money onto the site well after i was verified.

    sent me a load of terms and conditions jargon that i had broken bonus rules and procedures.

    Im seeking legal action. Id say to everyone this site looks cool but it certainly is a scam.

    I've also fallen victim to this one. I've been playing there since October and have lost a total of £2829. I've set my address on my profile to UK and registered following an affiliate link which said UK players were accepted.

    Now feel like I've been playing a zero chance game having seen this and other posts on other sites - I don't understand why WinOui / Silver Star Entertainment allowed me to register in the first place.

    I really hope there's a way to get this back. Happy to PM a moderator my username - my registered email is the same as my LCB account email.

    Would I be right in thinking next step would be to request my bank do a chargeback of the transactions?

    I registered for WinOui having followed an affiliate link which said UK Players Accepted (on Casinomir) and therefore made a reasonable assumption that UK Players would be accepted.

    I entered my UK address when registering and even added UK bank details (a swift code which started GBR) and my debit card will have shown a UK billing address.

    We haven't received any reply from the casino regarding your complaint yet. It seems they're not willing to cooperate with us when it comes to this issue with accepting UK players. 

    As I've already stated before, UK is restricted country for WinOui on our site and if you've seen it as allowed country on some other gambling forum, we can't do anything about that. You'll have to go to that particular site and ask them why they advertise UK as allowed country for WinOui.

    We've sent another reminder email to the casino. You can also try to file a complaint with their regulatory body HERE.

  • The plot thickens. I've just read the license terms for their Curaco license and can see that under this they are not authorised to allow players from the US. So I decided to try and sign up as though I was a US player (was going to enter a US address). Note this was purely to see if there was a case for reporting to Curaco for a clearer breach than allowing UK players

    However, before even reaching this point, I was shown an error by their registration form which must have done a lookup on my IP address as it immediately came up with this warning and stopped me from registering:

    UNAUTHORISED COUNTRY
    Player from United Kingdom
    We are sorry but this country is not authorized on Winoui.

    So it seems that since myself and others were illegally allowed to register for an account they have changed their signup process to stop UK players registering. I believe the legal term for that is Evidence of Wrongdoing.

  • I think it is really malicious of them to accept our money but refuse our payout.The least they can do is to refund their deposit that they have not lost.Totally sound like a scam when they allow us to deposit if UK player are strictly prohibited then they shouldnt not allow the option of UK when filling the address atleast the player would be well aware it doesnt support UK resident.I have pending withdrawal of €400.Feel like I wont receive my winning nor my deposit.

  • I am a bit confused apparently my request of withdrawal has been validated.I will show you the picture..Im not sure if they deny the payout bcoz all of them r huge amount all at once or bcoz usage of bonus..when i use winoui i dont use bonus coz i know those bonuses r bullshit..i withdraw all my money in smaller chunk all below hundred euro each withdrawal which add up to 400euros..or maybe my total withdrawal is less than a thousand so its not a huge loss for them to pay out..

    P.S I actually received my money but they no longer no allowed to deposit anymore money

    If you managed to receive your money, that's great, however, the other 4 complaints which we had in this thread still remain unresolved since the casino didn't reply to any of our emails.

    Since the casino doesn't want to reply to any of our emails, there's nothing more we can do to assist our members who had issues with them.
