RESOLVED: Withholding Withdrawl Ice Casino

This is for Ice casino where my player ID is 30******* there holding my withdrawl for reasons they giving me is that  I need to upload the required documents for the KYC verification which is understandable if I haven't already had done that for months and months already and they have been Uploaded but they keep on just saying I'm going back to that one thing So really I'm at a loss at the reason why they aren't Letting my withdrawal go through I know that I've Uploaded everything that they ask for just like any other casino Perhaps You might get a better reason Cause I'm not getting nowhere I'll attach screenshot showing that I have Uploaded dumb just like they asked and they have been there for months already

I added the wrong screenshot in the previous post I forgot to add in what they asked of me sorry about that here it is anyways the screenshot and that's what they keep on giving me the answer to saying I need done which As you can see I've done that and had that done already And they repeated it like 6 times to me

Just coming to update they finally verified my KYC so now I'm just waiting on the withdrawal hopefully that comes next and ends  another wonderful fun dealing with casinos for now lol I'll be back to update if the withdrawal goes through or when it does whatever comes 1st

Well it has been solved they finally withdrew my money for me and I received it don't have to deal with it no more thank you very much for your time in effort though
