    I made a deposit at Wizbet on the 29th of December. I made play-through. There was also a free spin code with the deposit code I used. Then after I cashed out a pop up offered me free spins. So I took them. Now they are claiming I am not entitled to my winnings! Even though I deposited and made play-through! I will not be playing at Wizbet nor any of their sister casinos anytime soon!

    How can they deny a cash-out when I made a deposit and made play-through! This is so unfair! I don't know what to do at this point!

    Any suggestions from anyone?

    The casino looked into your account and informed us that you did make a deposit which you lost, then you claimed a free bonus and lost. Then you went on to claim another free bonus (making it the second free bonus) and won.

    Now as per the casino’s Terms and Conditions - Section 8.4.1

    A player is only permitted to claim one free bonus offer on their casino account, where no deposit is required. This includes free money offers and free spins offers. Should a player claim more than one free bonus offer (in succession without making a purchase at the specific casino in question), any winnings generated from this bonus will be null and void.

    The withdrawal was not approved as Player is in violation of the Casino’s Terms and Conditions.

    However, if you want to talk to them directly they can arrange a call with their Support Managers who can further explain it to you.

    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Like I said one of the free bonus spins were included with my deposit bonus. The second one was a Pop-up.

    I understand what they are saying, but the first set of free spins was part of my deposit. The second set was in fact something they offered me in game.

    I made a deposit, claimed the first set of free spins that came with my deposit bonus. The second set of free spins was offered through them. 

    How is this fair? If they are offering me the bonus, why should they if I can't actually use it. 

    Thank you for your help. I still feel this is unfair.

    But I guess to show that its a nice casino they should pay out the winnings ... mostly because there was a deposit made aswell ...

    but still everyone knows not to use two free bonses in a row...  but then again if the firstone was part of the deposit then I guess the OP has a shot here....
