CLOSED: [Due to the casino’s unresponsiveness]: Xocasino does not pay

Hello.
I registered at Oxcasino.io on December 26, 2025. They gave me a $25 no-deposit bonus and a $25 maximum withdrawal. I cleared it immediately, and it went into my real account. I wanted to withdraw, but they told me I needed verification in the chat. I emailed them all my documents. As of today, there's been no response, neither to the email nor on the website, nor even at the casino. I've written in the chat numerous times, but to no avail. They keep making promises, and we're told the document checkers can't show up. I've written to them that it's urgent, and they've basically ignored me. It's been 21 days and there's been no response. I'm asking for help with this. It's not the $25, but the principle of it. They said I'd be able to withdraw to crypto as soon as they verify my documents, but they haven't verified anything. This is the first time I've seen a casino like this.

In the title of your complaint, it says 'Xo Casino', but in the post is  'Ox Casino', and it does not work. We were not able to access that web address.

However, it would be helpful if you could provide as much evidence as possible via private message, such as screenshots of your live chat conversations or any emails you received from the casino.

As soon as we have all the information and can confirm which casino you are experiencing an issue with, we will be able to assist you further.

Unfortunately, we haven’t received any response from them, so we will send a reminder.

We also looked into the casino, and the only issue we noticed is that their license link is not working, which means we can’t confirm whether the casino is properly licensed.

So at this point, we can’t confirm whether the casino is safe.

Thank you for your work, we can close the topic. It's clear this is a shady casino, I forgot about those $25)) It's been exactly a month since they responded, and I don't think they will respond, it's a script casino.

Since the casino is not listed on our website, they are sometimes unwilling to communicate with us.
