    SAME HERE! I need answers!!! There is no clear communication and thats my biggest frustration!! The worst part is I was in the middle of a PURCHASED $300 bonus on stamped Buffalo and they kicked/logged out randomly and now I cant get back in to my account. Mind you I'm verified and have withdrawn once before on zula. Now that I am withdrawing 6kwinnings they immediately suspended my account and haven't approved my withdrawal of my winnings. They are holding my funds and suspended me account. THEIR reasoning is it's a routine security check. I'm NOT getting any resolution or answers. I'm just getting more and more frustrated because I feel like they aren't going to give me my $6500 and I am not a new customer either. They dont answer any question either it's the same old copy and paste response.  Please help me get my funds
