    But I would like to add a little (missing in the German list):

    Best German support I saw was from winner.com casino (and I saw some).
    Not only a real person, but also a native speaker. Even found my jokes funny.
    Much better, could cater to German withdrawal specialities without asking back.
    And all this on a withdrawal from a n/d chip.
