Licensing
A Resort Gaming Facility Location Board (RGFLB), appointed by the NYSGC, is in charge of land-based casinos’ licensing process.

Each aspiring company seeking a Gaming Facility License must present detailed information on business history and financial statements, including background checks and multijurisdictional disclosure form.
