After I uploaded my docs it took roughly 40 hours to verify my account, since there was a document missing, so I had to re-upload. Withdrawal took just under 24 hours to be approved for the first one via bank transfer and money received 24 hours later after withdrawal. My 2nd withdrawal took 6 hours to be approved. So I guess to approve is anytime from 1 - 24 hours and the rest is depending on method used. I hate claiming bonuses as there is a x20 max cap on deposit bonuses. Nice bonus but after a short research I found out that this is a tiny casino in Africa, I do not advise to make deposits there, and the maximum monthly payout from this casino is only 4000 euros
