Scientific Games And All-In Diversity Partnership Have Goal Of Improving Inclusion And Workplace Equality

Scientific Games (SG), US gaming technology company, has presented its latest partnership after siding with the All-in Diversity Project as a founding member.

SG is a founding member of the non-profit organization attempting to create a tool to advance the industry's inclusion, diversity and workplace equality. They are working cooperatively with additional partners to determine the variety, inclusion and equity expectations and standards for the gaming industry and are striving to establish global standards by doing so.

The Las Vegas-headquartered organization is to participate in a dialog, as per terms of the agreement, with other members of the All-In Diversity Project.

The point of such a conversation is to establish the benchmark created to track the industry’s progress. Its aim is also to think deeply and carefully about its own current state in order to improve areas of inclusion and diversity.

The All-In Diversity Project will act as a central data resource. It will take action through a variety of programs, events, and surveys that are managed in partnership with suppliers as well as with gaming industry operators. The Project will also offer effective policies, products, and teams.
