PrePaid Debit Cards reload

Its getting harder and harder to find prepay debit cards that work . I'm in the USA and from California.
Green Dot does work.  But only after you get your card sent to you with name on it.  They do require  you to scan I.D before loading .  Netspend is the only card I know of that works for casinos instantly without having to wait to get the card  with your name on it.  You can add funds by buying a Reloadit pack.  But having said that it takes about an hour for your card to verify in order for your funds to get loaded onto card.  Just remember there is always going to be an international banking fee  on top of the usual 1 dollar fee to use card.  Hope this helps

I also use Entropay, it is accepted in many casinos and withdrawals/ uploads to card are in a reasonable timeframe.

I've never even heard of entropay... Is this available in the is also or is it more of an EU kind of thing? Does it allow to receive casino withdrawals via credit card? Thanks

We have a prepaid master card through Paypal .  It works at most online casino's .
