RESOLVED: Crypto thrills withdrawal problem

Some time ago i got a no deposit bonus from crypto thrills and make 9 mBTC from it.When i tried to withdraw it they are saying to deposit 1mBTC first.There seems no problem as I'll be still profitable bit they seems fishy to me. I'm not sure if they let me withdraw even after depositing. I'm not aware of their terms fully nor the terms of bonus.Can anyone help me with what should i do?

As per their T&C stays the rule that before requesting a payout, a minimum deposit of 1 mBTC must be made.

8.3. Minimum Withdrawal

"Players who have never made a deposit at the casino, may only make a withdrawal on any Bonus, Free Spins or Loyalty Points once a real deposit of 1 mBTC has been made by the player. The deposit made will not be combined with the withdrawal amount, but rather placed in the player's account once the withdrawal has been paid out. "

So that means i can withdraw after putting that 1mBTC.Their terms also state that I've to wager 10× deposit amount before any withdrawal.does that also apply on my bonus?are they really give payment?

Please check that with their support team before making a deposit, because usually when no deposit bonus is in question verification deposit must be made due to verification and that one doesn't have to be wagered.

On 30 January I deposit 1 mBTC on Crypto thrills and withdraw 9mBTC the same day.The withdrawal is still pending and i didn't heard anything from them since.

Casino Rep got back to us and said that he will get back to us when this case is reviewed by appropriate department. Please keep an eye on this thread.

They replied me on my email that i voided maximum bet amount. This is not even mentioned in term and condition.They are completely cheaters.And i even don't recall making bet more than 1mBTC.I want to complain about them to a higher authority.They took my money and they won't even let me withdraw my deposit without wagering which is impossible.They are just thief. Please help me in only getting my money back. That's matter for me a lot.

Their representative said that there seems no problem with amount and it's look fine.He said to make a deposit.They just want to took my money.What a cheaters they are.

Will i get any help from here?

Casino Rep got back to us and said that a very detailed emails was sent to you, the reason why your payout was declined.

He told us to refer you to section 5.7 of T&C: 

"The maximum bet amount allowed is 1 mBTC/33 mBCH/147 mLTC. Exceeding this bet amount could result in winnings being forfeited. This includes double-up wagers after the game round has been completed, for example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black. Players are limited to bets that do not exceed 0.86 mBTC/29 mBCH/126 mLTC per round and 0.054 mBTC/1.82 mBCH/7.93 mLTC per line when playing with an active bonus. Any bets that exceed these limits will cause all winnings to be void."
