    Ive been playing at jackburst for a few months and its all been good. But now suddenly they stopped accepting bank transfer as a withdrawal method. Fair enough, ill use astropay somce i used that to deposit. When i did a withdrawal they asked for proof of ownership of my astropay account. They recieved it and said after that my withdrawal was approved. But now suddenly when i ask about my withdrawal they for the same document again even though they recieved and approved it. So i dont know what to do anymore. I hope you can help.

  • They have now approved my withdrawal twice and still they refuse to pay. 

  • Now they ask for the same documents again for the 3rd time, this is a document they already approved twice before.
    I dont know what to do anymore, i dont know if its worth sending a complaint to the licence provider.
    Ive done everything they asked me.

    I have sent them everything again, hopefully now they will pay me.
