hello there is a discrepancy between the terms informed here on the LCB and the terms of the casino.. I won $180 but I can't receive it because players from my country can't play with bonus.. it was my mistake I should have read the casino terms but it is important to update the correct terms here on the LCB...

The bonus works OK but the deposit bonuses are not so easy. If you muck things up like I obviously did there is no live chat to recitify anything. The best of all, is that was incredible easy and positive the process, the support is amazing, the answering time, and they are strong in their words, but in a great way, they dont divagate or try to be authoritary with the customers, something i feel is very common in support and administration from most casinos, they tend to divague when its about help user, and tend to menospreciate the users, but Ripper was just fast, efficient, and thats be a man (or woman), not a annoying casino worker. One of my best experiences in 2021, and i joined several casinos that year, 15+, and playing commonly right now at 3 of them.. Well, rn i cant play so much cuz the COVID is hitting my bussiness and i didnt have a lot of excedents like few years ago, but, when i got them back, i will come back at Ripper Casino, just i wish they have a better game selection, and maybe a better website design, but game selection (and have online poker plus sports in the same place, if possible, thats what keep me at any casino) is the most valuable characteristic to improve.
