  • I finally received the following reply & would like some advice:

    Further to our recent correspondence, I sincerely apologize for the delay in providing you with an update, we have been doing our upmost best to resolve issue as fast as possible for you.  

    The processors have confirmed there was an issue on their side which affected the check.

    We have now credited the funds back to your account for you to re-request a withdrawal. If you wish to use courier check again, I can confirm we have sourced an alternative check option.  Alternatively, you can use the bank transfer option.

    When you request your new withdrawal, please enter ‘Returned check’ in the comment box and we will ensure that this is processed as a priority.  Unfortunately, if you do not enter ‘Returned Check’ it will be processed within our normal timescales.

    If you have any fees or overdraft charges due to the check coming out of your account, please send us a copy of your statement and we will prioritise a reimbursement with minimal fuss.

    Again, I want to sincerely apologize for any upset or inconvenience that this issue has caused.  We really appreciate and value your loyalty to our casino.  Please rest assured that this is very much a one-off problem and that normal service has now been resumed.

    I don't think my bank would accept another check from them so I don't want to use the courier check option, but the only other option they offer is wire transfer. I know nothing about wire transfers...are they safe?...is there any chance the money could be taken from my account again? I don't think my credit union even has a swift code for me to use the wire transfer option.

    They used to offer "paymycard" where they would put the money back on your credit card, but they don't offer it anymore. Is there was any reason they couldn't do it this one time?

  • Please read more about Wire transfer here. It should be a safe withdrawal option. You should contact the casino and I'm sure they'll find some way to pay out your winnings.

    We finally got a reply from the casino regarding your payouts. This is what they said: We are using our old processor – it is a safe option.
    Also Bank Transfer is 100% safe. If player doesn’t have Swift code she can just enter ‘noswif01’
    Also she needs to make sure her credit union does accept international wires.

  • I thought there was something up there.  They use to allow any withdrawal amount, now the minimum withdrawal is $200 AND when you use the bank transfer method they charge you $25 and then you get hit with another $30 fee for what they call "the intermediary bank fee", which by the way they say can be any amount depending on which banks is used. How ridiculous is that?

    That's why I use good ole bitcoins. I'm surprised these casinos are still in business. BTC has really taking off...

    Well I use them to deposit at the Club World Group, however, that is not an option for withdrawal, go figure

  • The Club World Casino used to be one of the only reputable RTG sites but now every time I try and withdraw its some nonsense or other and it takes forever to get the money.  Not sure if they are out off funds or running low, but it is frustrating last time it took 10 days because they"lost my paperwork" even though I had been a verified member for years.  But I said ok and resubmitted with the staff indicating usually withdrawals don't even take the 48 hours to process and it will be very quick next time.  Fastforward to today, where we are going on day three and they stated, even though they have about 4-5 hours left of work it wont be processed till Monday at the earliest.  So it goes from 48 hours to 6 days again and I highly doubt it will be done on that day.  Its ridiculous, especially since it is a bitcoin withdrawal, so there should be no delay.

    Really disappointed
