UNRESOLVED: Betswagger problems

Hi I was hoping you can help me please.

I have an account with Betswagger my username is Mitchdods1987. I have had the account for a few months now, deposited a fairly large amount with them in the beginning didn’t ever withdraw as it was all lost. Then last week I deposited again in total close to £2000 and was losing most of it, then yesterday I turned it around a bit and ended up with just under £1300 won. It took them a long time to mark my bets as won and fund the account with winnings so I contacted them several times about this, eventually they did even though I could tell they were reluctant. I tried to withdraw my funds yesterday and was asked for verification details which I provided. Anyway early this morning I logged onto my account and made a small bet which lost. Five minutes later I tried to log back into my account again and it just says “account banned” with no explanation at all. I have emailed them asking for a reason and to issue me my money as a withdrawal but there is no reply. Thankyou in advance

Unfortunately, there are many unresolved cases regarding Betswagger and its sister brands. First of all the casino doesn't have the UK license so they shouldn't accept UK players but they do accept them as well as their deposits and when players want to withdraw their funds the casino simply closes their accounts without prior notice. 

The casino management does not want to assist us in sorting out players' complaints and queries therefore our hands are tied. Unfortunately we can't provide any sort of mediation. You can try to file a complaint to their licensor and see if they might help you out. 

Thankyou for your reply. I have been reading about their licensor Curacao and by the sounds of it they are just as corrupt. Is there anything else you can suggest I do? Or do you know of a way I can contact them other than email? I have tried to find a telephone number and an address but no good. 

Also so I have read on your forum in the past you have managed to get them to return some people’s money luckily. Is there no way you can make any contact for me please ?

I have now had a response to say someone with my family name asked to be banned!?

i have replied to say this is nothing to do with me and I would like my account reopened 

Really sorry to hear that. The casino did cooperate with us in the past but then they decided not to share any info with third party and do not want to get involved in sorting out players issues on forums. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to help you. You can also read lots of people here had the similar problems, some of them managed to get their money. Our advise is to try to file a complaint to Curacao you never know, maybe they will be able to help you.
